He has almost 30 years’ experience in Administration and Finance, Logistics and Operations, Project and Programme Management, Conflict Resolution and Peace Building, State Building and Democratization, Civic and Emergency Education, Pastoral and Agro-pastoral Development, WASH and Community Health, Consultancy and Training Services, Research and Assessments, Community and Policy Development, and has worked for an impressive range of local and international, non-governmental organisations including The United Nations as well as experience of working in a number of government sectors. He is a highly skilled practitioner who brings high level contextual analysis to his work.

In DOWN2EARTH, Mustafe will be involved in various aspects of the project from community engagement to liaising with policymakers.
